We offer meeting rooms at Norwich Union House. There are different capacity categories mainly;

Note** Several rooms can be combined to hold more people.

We strive to offer the best services to our clients hence we have two booking methods; the SMS booking option and the online booking option for rooms at Norwich Union House. The processes are simple, convenient and fast and they are described below.

SMS Booking

  • Send an SMS to 0702157962 with the following details:

(Name of meeting* Starting time* day/month/year*No. of people* refreshments (yes or no).) For Example Nancy&Alex*5pm*01/05/2015*25*no

(Do not include spaces between the letters, and use your names instead of Nancy and Alex)

  • You will receive an SMS advising you on the amount to pay.  Pay amount charged to MPESA Pay bill number 932800 and insert the REF No. you received from Step 1 above, as the Account Number. You will receive an SMS from Critical Mass Growth Investments with the details of your meeting.

Online Booking System

  1. Go to Norwich Online Booking System. 
  2. Enter your name, telephone number, and email address
  3. Read and accept the terms and conditions

NOTE THE REFERENCE NUMBER (No Spaces) e.g NUP20000

  1. Enter the date, time, capacity and details of the meeting. (The details of the meeting are the names to appear on the board)
  2. In case you plan to bring refreshments, tick on the box
  3. Add the booking
  4. Pay amount charged to MPESA Pay Bill No. 932800 and insert the REF No. you noted in Step 4 above.
  5. You will receive a text message with all the details of your meeting from Critical Mass Growth Investments with the details of your meeting.

Please note:

Clients who will bring any foods or drinks to the meeting venue will be required to pay an extra 10% of their meeting cost as room maintenance fee.
